The ACT APEX I is a 1-Step touchless drive-thru vehicle washer. It uses high-pressure spinners and detergents to clean standard and odd shaped vehicles. The wash quality on any drive-thru system is directly affected by the speed at which the vehicle is driven through the stationary arches. Fast and economical, this is ideal for irregular shaped vehicles washed two or more times a week.

The APEX I consists of three stainless steel arches: a detergent arch, a high-pressure spinner arch with 10 spinners producing 140 GPM @ 500 psi, and a final rinse arch.

The ACT APEX II - 2-Step Touchless Drive-Thru Washer

The ACT APEX II is a 2-Step drive-thru vehicle washer. It cleans standard tractor/trailers with step-1, step-2 detergents and high-pressure spinners.  Using 2-step detergents with touchless systems improves the quality of the wash.

The APEX II consists of four arches: a stainless steel Step-1 detergent arch, a stainless steel Step-2 detergent arch, a stainless steel high-pressure spinner arch with 10 spinners producing 140 GPM @ 500 psi, and a stainless steel final rinse arch. 

The ACT APEX III is a powerful cleaning drive-thru system with four wrap-around brushes that washes the front and rear of vehicles normally left untouched with traditional drive-thru systems. Preceded by the detergent and high-pressure spinner arches, the brush modules finish the wash cycle by encircling the moving vehicle. The roof curtain cleans the top of the trailer.

The ACT APEX III consists of five arches: a stainless steel Step-1 detergent arch, a stainless steel Step-2 detergent arch, a stainless steel high-pressure spinner arch with 10 spinners producing 140 GPM @ 500 psi, a wrap-around brush module with two long vertical brushes, two short vertical brushes and a roof curtain, and a stainless steel final rinse arch. 

The ACT APEX IV is designed for the small transit authority washing its fleet twice a week.

The ACT APEX IV consists of 2 wrap-around brushes. 1st brush washes the passenger side and the rear of the vehicle and 2nd brush washes the front of the vehicle and the driver side. The red/green traffic light, pre-soak and final rinse arches are mounted on a factory assembled and tested frame minimizing the installation labor.

The ACT APEX V is designed for the large transit authority washing its fleet once a week.

The ACT APEX V consists of two sets of wrap-around side brushes. The 1st pair washes the sides and the rear of the vehicle. The 2nd pair washes the front and the side of the vehicles. The red/green traffic light, pre-soak and final rinse arches are mounted on a factory assembled and tested frame minimizing the installation labor.
