| Gantry
Systems:
The gantry wash system on floor
mounted tracks moves over a stationary vehicle cleaning as it
makes two or more passes. In most applications, the fully
automatic gantry does not require driver assistance. The
variable frequency drive or VFD controls the speed of the
gantry. The speed of the wash directly affects the wash
quality. Because this control eliminates driver error, a
gantry system delivers higher quality wash results when
compared to a drive-thru washer. It takes approximately four
(4) minutes to wash a 40’ vehicle. The gantry is the best
choice for mixed fleets of buses, trucks, vans, cars and
pick-ups.

| Drive-Thru
Systems:
As its name suggests, the drive-thru
wash system is stationary and the wash cycle operates as the
vehicle is slowly driven through the fixed arches. The quality
of the wash depends on the speed at which the driver navigates
the vehicle through the wash bay. Variation of speed directly
affects the wash result. It takes approximately two (2)
minutes to wash a 40’ vehicle. The drive-thru system is best
for large, home-based fleet owners washing 50 or more
same-size vehicles daily.

| Train
Wash Systems:
Specialized equipment designed to wash
trains using detergent pre-soak arches, high-pressure
spinners, various brush modules, and air dryers

| Chassis
Washer:
Chassis washers clean the under-carriage
of vehicles. This heavy-duty, stand-alone system is used to
wash vehicles involved in landfill operations, earth moving,
military maneuvers, etc.
Various types of chassis washers are
available as options for the gantry or drive-thru systems.

| Hand
Detailing Equipment:
A few vehicles can be washed by hand in
a dedicated wash bay or on a slab connected to a sewer, water
reclamation system or oil/water separator. High-pressure spray
units effectively clean hard-to-reach areas or entire
vehicles. It takes approximately 45 minutes to wash a 40’
vehicle.

| Water
Reclaim Equipment:
A water reclamation system reduces fresh
water consumption and environmental pollution. Compliance with
government environmental regulations, and reduced water bills,
make installation of reclamation systems with washers a wise
investment
|
 |
| Detergents:
Detergents provide effective, economical
cleaning while meeting environmental regulations. Detergents
clean without destroying vehicle paint and polished metals,
and are safe and easy to handle for the user.
